Delivery

We will pass the bouquet to whoever is there to collect on behalf of the recipient. Else our driver will leave it at the doorstep. Should we leave the bouquet at the doorstep, you will send a photo to you as verification that we have delivered your flowers. Do note that Moonlight Fiore will not be responsible for the following conditions:

  1. Incorrect or insufficient details given to us.
  2. Loss/damaged of flowers if it was being left at doorsteps as requested. 

Do contact us at +65 82991712 for any changes. By WhatsApp message only! We do not pick up any calls. Do note that if the courier has already collected the item from us, we can only redelivery before it was being sent out to the destination, $15 will be charged.

 

Order cancellation 

Kindly note that no refunds will be accepted once payment has been made.

 

Flower quality

The quality of fresh and preserved flowers may not always be the same because they are often affected by various conditions such as transportation, weather, and etc. 

But we will make sure it is presentable and we will always send buyers the photos after bouquets are done.

 

Flower availability

Please be aware that not all flowers are always available as some are seasonal.

We will inform in advance if any of the main flowers are not available other than foliages or fillers, it will be replaced if is not available without prior notice.

Do note that we won’t be able to do delivery to these areas:

  • Jurong Island
  • Changi Airport
  • Tuas
  • Penjuru
  • Changi Cargo Complex

For delivery to Sentosa, an additional $10 will be charged.
